  • Weld neck

Tapered hub, butt-welded to the pipe. For high pressure, high temperature and cyclic service.

  • Slip-on

Slides over the pipe and is fillet-welded inside and out. For lower-pressure lines.

  • Socket weld

The pipe sits in a socket and is fillet-welded outside. For small-bore, high-pressure lines.

  • Threaded

Screws onto NPT or BSP threaded pipe, with no welding.

  • Blind

Closes off a pipe end, valve or vessel opening, and comes off for inspection.

  • Lap joint

Turns freely on a stub end, for lines that are often taken apart.

  • Long weld neck

A weld neck with an extended neck, used as a nozzle on vessels and columns.

  • Plate

A flat plate welded to the pipe. For low-pressure water and utility lines.

  • Reducing

Its bore is smaller than its nominal size, to join pipes of different diameters.

  • Orifice

Fitted with pressure tappings and used in pairs with an orifice plate to measure flow.

  • Spectacle blind

A figure-8 plate that isolates or opens a line.

  • Made to your drawing

Special flanges to customer drawing. Attach your DWG, DXF or PDF to your enquiry.

Why buyers work with us

  • Only flanges, since 1996.

We don’t make elbows, tees or valves. Every hour of our work goes into flanges.

  • You deal with the owners.

A family business: the people who quote you are the people who make your flanges.

  • Traceable to the heat.

Every flange is marked with its heat number, matched to its 3.1 material certificate.

  • An ISO 9001:2015 quality system.

Our quality management system is certified for making, exporting and supplying carbon steel flanges.

  • Quotes within 48 hours.

Send your list and get prices and lead times back fast.

  • Third-party inspection welcome.

A family flange business in Rajkot.

Shiv Shakti Machine Tools has made and supplied pipe flanges from Rajkot since 1996. Mukeshbhai Savaliya started the business, and today his son, Dharmik Savaliya, works alongside him as head of sales. He’s usually the person you’ll speak to.

We make one thing: flanges. Weld neck, slip-on, blind, socket weld, threaded, lap joint, plate and specials, from ½" to 24", to ASME, EN and DIN standards, in carbon, low-temperature and alloy steels.

Since 1996, our flanges have gone into pipelines, plants and fabrication shops across India. Now we’re opening our order book to buyers around the world.

The name
In Sanskrit, shakti means strength: the one thing a flanged joint can never be short of.
The place
Our works are in the Shapar–Veraval industrial area of Rajkot, one of Gujarat’s busiest engineering clusters.
